Agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Sidenote Software Limited, the company behind Gigger. By using Gigger, you agree to these terms.

The short version

Gigger helps you plan setlists and gigs. Use it for making music, not for anything illegal, and don't upload content you don't have the right to use. 🎸

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you add to Gigger — setlists, lyrics, notes, proposals and more. You give us permission to store and display it so the app works for you and your bandmates. You confirm you have the rights to any lyrics, chords or artwork you upload.

Acceptable use

• Don't break the law or infringe anyone's copyright.
• Don't harass other users or share abusive content.
• Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't resell or redistribute the service without our permission.

Third-party services

Gigger can connect to external music and mapping services. Those services have their own terms, and their availability is outside our control — features that rely on them may change or be withdrawn.

Availability

We work hard to keep Gigger up and reliable, but it's provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for lost gigs, lost data or indirect losses. Keep your own backup of anything critical to a performance.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Cancel Account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app grows. If we make a significant change, we'll let you know in the app or by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If you are a New Zealand consumer, you have statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by these terms.
