Who we are

Gigger is a setlist and gig management app for musicians and bands, owned and operated by Sidenote Software Limited. For the purposes of privacy law, Sidenote Software Limited is the data controller of the personal information we collect through Gigger.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address, display name and (optionally) a profile photo you upload.
• Content you create — bands, setlists, songs, lyrics and chords, notes, votes, gigs, rehearsals and client proposals.
• Venue and event details — venue names and addresses you type in when planning gigs and rehearsals.
• Optional connected services — if you connect a music service, we store the access tokens needed to talk to it on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time.
• Technical logs — basic error and email delivery logs so we can keep the app working.

How we use it

To run the app: sign you in, sync your setlists across your bandmates' devices, send gig reminders and band notifications, and keep everything secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see your content

Content you create in a band is visible to the members of that band. Client proposals you choose to share are visible to anyone with the share link. Everything else is private to your account and protected by row-level security rules on our servers.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to host our database and authentication, to send email, to suggest venue addresses, and to power AI features such as setlist image import and band bio generation. They only process data on our instructions.

Your rights

You can edit your profile at any time, and you can permanently delete your account — and all the data attached to it — from Profile → Cancel Account inside the app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You can also ask us for a copy of your data.

Children

Gigger is not intended for children under 13.
